Step by Step
01
Sustainable Harvesting
Moso bamboo culms are selectively harvested at 3–5 years of maturity from 1.382 million mu of managed forest. No clearcutting — bamboo regenerates from its root system without replanting.
3–5 year maturity cycle vs. 20–30 years for hardwood
02
Material Processing
Harvested bamboo undergoes degreasing and desugaring — removing natural oils and sugars that attract insects. This extends product lifespan and prepares the fiber for pulping or lamination.
Physical anti-mold treatment, not chemical
03
Pulping & Fiber Extraction
For tissue and tableware products, processed bamboo is converted to clean bamboo pulp. The pulping process avoids harsh bleaching chemicals — our formulations are PFAS-free and BPA-free throughout.

04
Precision Manufacturing
Bamboo pulp is formed into soft tissue sheets, molded into tableware, or compressed into high-density industrial laminate. Each product line uses 20+ precision processes tailored to its application.

05
Quality Testing
Every batch undergoes rigorous testing for material safety (no formaldehyde, no heavy metals), structural integrity, and compliance with international standards including ISO 9001 and food contact regulations.
ISO 9001 · ISO 14001 · FSC certified

Material Philosophy
EVERY PART
OF THE PLANT
We operate a zero-waste production philosophy. Every part of the bamboo plant is utilized — culms for products, branches and leaves for agricultural purposes. Production waste and off-cuts are recycled into bamboo charcoal. Nothing goes to landfill.
